Hi friends!

I'm attending my first B Corp community gathering at Cape Schanck this week. It's called Assembly, and it has been a big five years since the B Corp community across Australia & Aotearoa New Zealand last came together in person, a period marked by considerable change.

During these years, the B Corp movement has seen its numbers swell to over threefold. We've navigated through worldwide crises affecting health, the environment, and social equity. These challenges have reshaped our lifestyles and professional environments, setting new standards for what we expect from businesses.

Our gathering aims to explore the collective power of nearly 650 B Corps, which together add more than $16 billion to the economy and provide jobs to over 30,000 individuals. Assembly is more than a meeting; it's a momentous occasion for B Corps, fostering connections and sparking transformative change. It represents a pivotal moment to turn our goals into concrete actions, pushing ourselves as leaders, innovators, and individuals to seek solutions and rebuild connections - with one another, with our inner selves, with the natural world, and with our professional endeavours.

If you're coming along too, please find me and say hi! I'll be speaking on the topic of Restoring Hope in a Fatalist World, alongside Cheyne McKee from Bank Australia and Sasha Titchkosky from Koskela - remember, action is the antidote to despair!

Print magazines aren't dead

I secured over 60 features for my clients just in print magazines last year, so this article on why magazines haven't died in the digital age piqued my interest. In Australia, print magazine sales rose 4.1% last year. Maybe it's the digital fatigue - we just want to disconnect and touch something real again?
This is the cover of the March issue of Inside Out, featuring a great project I shot late last year for a client.
