What exactly is a limited edition print?

A limited edition print will only be printed a certain number of times (in this case, a limit of 100). This is across all three sizes offered. A signed certificate of authenticity will also be included with your print.

What are the exact dimensions of your prints?

All frames have a 1.5cm face and a 3cm depth.

Extra small

Print only - image size is 20 x 30cm + 2cm white border.

Framed (no border on print) - paper and image size is 20 x 30cm. The total framed size is 22 x 32

Framed (with white border on print) - paper size is 21.5 x 30 and image size is 17.5 x 26cm . The total framed size is 23.5 x 32cm

Small

Print only - image size is 40 x 60cm + 4cm white border.

Framed (no border on print) - paper and image size is 40 x 60cm. The total framed size is 62.2 x 42.2cm.

Framed (with white border on print) - paper size is 42.5 x 60cm and image size is 34.5 x 52cm. The total framed size is 63.5 x 44.5cm.

Medium

Print only - image size is 60 x 90 cm + 5cm white border.

Framed (no border on print) - paper and image size is 60 x 90cm. The total framed size is 62.8cm x 92.8cm.

Framed (with white border on print) - paper size is 63.5 x 90cm and image size is 53.5 x 80cm. The total framed size is 66.4 x 92.8cm.

Large

Print only - image size is 80 x 120 cm + 5cm white border.

Framed (no border on print) - paper and image size is 80 x 120cm. The total framed size is 82.8 x 122.8 cm.

Framed (with white border on print) - paper size is 83.5 x 120cm and image size is 73.5 x 110cm. The total framed size is 86.4 x 122.8cm.

Extra large

Print only - image size is 100 x 150 cm + 5cm white border.

Framed (no border on print) - paper and image size is 100 x 150cm. The total framed size is 102.8 x 152.8 cm.

Framed (with white border on print) - paper size is 103.5 x 150cm and image size is 93.5 x 140cm. The total framed size is 106.4 x 152.8cm.

Can I order a print in a different size that is offered?

Yes, just email hello@marniehawson.com.au and I’ll get you a quote.

Who does your printing?

All of my prints are printed and framed in Melbourne by a small fine-art printing business that employs skilled craftspeople. They work under fair and safe working conditions to create products that contribute to the livelihoods of many Australian artists.

GENERAL

Do you accept returns?

I’m afraid that no returns will be accepted due to a change of mind. Each print is custom printed upon order just for you. If your print is damaged during shipping, please take photos of the damage and email me at hello@marniehawson.com.au within 7 days of delivery.

What currency are prints in?

All prints are in AUD, and include 10% GST.

Can I use your photos to promote my charity or raise awareness for a particular topic?

All my photos are copyright and cannot be replicated without express written permission by me. Any use of images on social media must be credited to Marnie Hawson and linked back to my website or social media.

SHIPPING

How are the prints shipped?

Prints are shipped in a cardboard tube. Framed prints are bubble wrapped and shipped in custom made, double wall cardboard packaging using a courier service. All work is insured against loss or damage.

When should I expect my print?

Each print is custom printed and/or framed just for you, and is generally with you within two weeks of ordering.

Orders are shipped express from Melbourne. You’ll receive a shipping notification via email with tracking information.

How much is shipping within Australia?

Free! On both unframed and framed prints (except the Extra Large framed print).

The Extra Large framed prints have free shipping for metro Melbourne and Sydney. For areas outside of this, contact me for a shipping quote.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! I have free worldwide shipping on all unframed prints. Framed prints are too large to post overseas, so are not available to order (apologies!)

Please note that framed prints show a price of $1000 shipping if you add it to your cart, but that is just a deterrent as the online shop insists on all products being seen as available for international shipping.
